Born in Valparaiso, Chile, Patricio is a researcher, composer and senior performer in classical guitar. He studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp in Antwerpen, Belgium. As a cultural ambassador from Chile, he has participated in multiple international guitar competitions such as “Carpentras, an homage to A. Tansman, France” and Queen Fabiola’s homage at Walcourt, Belgium. Likewise, he has performed live concerts for the Radio Télévision Belge Francophone (RTBF), broadcasted from the Netherlands to the European Union. His extensive musical career includes performances in countries such as Belgium, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, and Venezuela.
Patricio is the founder and director of the private academy “Scordatura”, a music professor at Finis Terrae University, the author of two books, an editor and transcriber of study books for guitar, and he has produced three albums as a soloist. He currently resides in Santiago, Chile.
